SUPPLEMENT MANAGEMENT
For the contractor that wants to focus on their clients and projects we have you covered. Provide us with the original scope and we will get to work. We prepare an Xactimate estimate with missed line items, code upgrades, manufacturers specs, and detailed photo report. Everything needed for you supplement is submitted by us to the carrier. We handle all communications until the claim is finished.
APPRAISAL
Your property insurance policy will typically contain language similar to the following; “Appraisal. If you and we fail to agree on the actual cash value, amount of loss, or cost of repair or replacement, either can make a written demand for appraisal. Each will then select a competent, independent, appraiser”. If you have a claim in which you disagree with your insurance company’s assessment of your damage, contact us to represent you as your appraiser.
PROPERTY INSPECTIONS
Nothing beats boots on the ground...or roof. A detailed inspection is the difference between approval and denial. We inspect the property for damage in its entirety. Availability depends on location and demand.
